Meet Maggie Tamez
Founder and CEO of Running Fox Living Food, Maggie is a Harvard-certified nutritional planner and trained chef who reversed her own diabetes and neuropathy through sustainable lifestyle changes. After losing 160 pounds and reclaiming her health, she founded Running Fox to guide others on their transformation journey. With warmth, radical honesty, and a deep commitment to empowerment, Maggie helps women rediscover their vitality and run their lives with intention.
